Dr. SIMONE ANGELA WINKLER
Simone Winkler, founder of inGenuyX LLC and current vice chair at IEEE Consultants of Silicon Valley, is a Stanford-trained NIH-funded Cornell professor and technology consultant with expertise in advancing diagnostic capabilities through clinical and biomedical sciences and engineering. Dr. Winkler’s research and expertise include magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) physics, the interaction of biological tissue with electromagnetic fields, as well as engineering development for Ultra High-Field MRI.

Dr. ELIZAVETA MOTOVILOVA
Education: Elizaveta Motovilova received her B.Sc. and M.Sc. with the major in applied mathematics and physics from the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Moscow, Russia) in 2012 and 2014, respectively. She received her Ph.D. degree from the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD), Singapore in 2019. During her studies at SUTD, she was awarded the IEEE MTT-S Microwave Engineering for Medical Applications Fellowship for the research on the sensitivity improvement of radiofrequency (RF) coils for magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). From 2019 to 2020, she was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at SUTD, where she continued her work on MRI RF coils with the focus on frequency tuning mechanisms. Research Interests: Her main research interests include design and development of MRI RF coils, metamaterials and resonators for RF coil sensitivity improvement, ultra-high field MRI engineering and safety.

Dr. Isabelle Saniour
Isabelle Saniour was born in Mina, Lebanon in 1991. She received her Master’s degree in Sensors, Measurement and Instrumentation from Pierre and Marie Curie University in partnership with ESPCI, Paris, France in 2013. She received the Ph.D. degree in physics from Lyon 1 University in 2017. From 2018 to 2019, she was involved in research on superconducting radiofrequency coils at University of Paris-Sud in Orsay, France. Her main research interests include the development of radiofrequency coils and hardware and the assessment of SAR for MR engineering applications.

Dr. SAYIM GOKYAR
Research: His research interests include, design, demonstration and characterization of the RF devices, instrumentation of MRI devices, high resolution MR imaging, RF safety of electronic devices, metamaterials and implantable electronic devices for wireless sensing. He has hands-on clean room experience since 2009. He recently focuses on ultra-high field (UHF) MRI and novel solutions for the problems of UHF-MRI.
Education: Dr. GÖKYAR obtained his B.Sc, M.Sc. and Ph.D., all from electrical and electronics engineering in 2009, 2011 and 2018 respectively. He is the valedictorian of B.Sc., in 2009. He was awarded with a graduate level scholarship of The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey (TUBİTAK), between 2011 and 2017. He was awarded with the 3rd place in the Graduate Research Conference (GRC), at 2011, Ankara, Turkey. During his graduate studies at Bilkent University, Ankara, Turkey, Dr. Gökyar contributed to the publishing of 6 scientific papers along with a granted international patent.
